Nancy did a great job on our nails .

Not thrilled that the price for my pedicure listed on the website and the brochure shown to me while I was in the chair was about $12 less than what I actually paid. That was an unexpected increase in price and dampened the positive experience I had. Nancy did an excellent job and made sure my nails looked and felt great when I left.

It was my daughter and her friends first time getting their nails done ever and Sunny and Andy made them feel so comfortable I foresee many visits in our future .

The manicure I received was nice and I like how it looks, but I was disappointed that the tools did not appear to be sanitized. The UV device felt filthy when I stuck my hands inside, with the place I rested my hands covered with crud. I also think the price was extremely expensive. I will continue looking in the area for a salon that fits my expectations.

Register wouldn’t take my gift card, and nobody could figure out how to take the dollar amount off my ticket and I was asked to pay for it all on my personal card. Which I did. So when I had planned to spend $45 of my own money and $100 gift card and ended up paying for it all. They asked me to come in 40 minutes later to wait for the owner so he could look at it. I was unable to do so due to other obligations as it’s a Friday night. I love JoJo but that was the salons job to figure that out-not the customer and that left a serious bad taste in my mouth. Better management needed.

I see Sunny for my acrylics, he does a great job! Nancy does the best, most relaxing pedicure! Love this salon.
